» Once your received your unique port code (UPC), simply go to your nearest Reliance Digital Store with your KYC documents and 2 passport size photos and one xerox of your aadhar card.

» Show the unique port code in Reliance Digital code and you will get a form to be filled from them.

» Simply fill up the form and submit it.

» Now you can use your existing sim for few days, Once your existing sim stopped working then you can use Reliance Jio sim in your device.
